It was a long time dream to visit the Northern Philippines. The Vigan - Pagudpud - Laoag tour with a friend and her sister is such my amazing Q1 trip! You should see it for yourself! Pagudpud they say is the "boracay of the north" and I will agree to that after seeing the beaches there! After all, in my opinion the Philippines is not a poor country! It is only the people living in it are poor. It is only on the Filipino mentality (heritage of smallness) that made the Philippines suffer. I thought there were no good beaches up north but I proved myself wrong on that experience.
To my fellow Filipinos, I encourage you to go for adventure and plan for national travel. We have good places in our country, and hope we learn to love our country no matter how dirty our politics may be.
